Refund Policy

1. Our Promise
Vibe Studio Unlimited is built on trust. We want you to feel confident subscribing, which is why we offer a straightforward refund policy with no hidden terms. If it's not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back, pause, or walk away.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new subscriber is covered by our 7-day guarantee:
- If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 7 calendar days of your subscription, you may request a 75% refundof your first month's payment.
- To qualify, you must have submitted at least one requestduring the 7-day period. This ensures you've genuinely experienced the service before deciding.
- Refund requests must be made in writing to hello@buildwithvibe.co within the 7-day window.
- The remaining 25% covers work already completed or in progress during your trial period.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
3. After the 7-Day Window
After the initial 7-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you have two flexible options:
- Pause your subscription— bank your remaining days and pick up where you left off when you're ready (see Section 4).
- Cancel your subscription — your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle, and you keep all completed deliverables (see Section 5).
4. Pause Policy
We understand that project needs fluctuate. Our pause feature is designed for exactly that:
- You may pause your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us.
- Billing operates on 31-day cycles. When you pause, your remaining days are banked and resume automatically when you reactivate.
- There is no penalty for pausing, and you can pause as many times as you need.
- Work in progress at the time of pausing will be delivered before the pause takes effect.
- Banked days do not expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
5. Cancellation Policy
Vibe Studio Unlimited is month-to-month with no contracts:
- You may cancel at any time. No cancellation fee, no exit interview, no hoops.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to the service until that date.
- All completed deliverables — source code, designs, assets, and content — remain 100% yours. We retain no rights to your work.
- Any work in progress at the time of cancellation will be completed and delivered before your access ends.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation unless you explicitly resubscribe.
6. Founding Member Pricing
Founding member pricing is locked in for the duration of your continuous subscription:
- As long as you maintain an active (or paused) subscription, your founding rate will never increase.
- If you cancel and later resubscribe, the current pricing at the time of resubscription will apply. Founding rates are not guaranteed upon return.
7. Completed Work
Refunds do not apply to work that has already been completed and delivered:
- Once a deliverable has been approved by you (or auto-approved after 48 hours of no response), it is considered complete.
- The 7-day guarantee refund (75%) accounts for this — the 25% retained covers any work delivered during the trial period.
- Outside of the 7-day window, delivered work is non-refundable. Revisions to delivered work are always unlimited and included in your subscription.
8. Billing Descriptor
Charges from Vibe Studio Unlimited will appear on your bank or credit card statement as "VIBE STUDIO" or "VIBEUNLIMITED". If you see a charge you don't recognize, please check your subscription status and contact us before disputing the charge with your bank.
9. Renewal Notifications
We send a billing reminder via email 3 days before each renewal date. This gives you time to pause, cancel, or update your payment method before the next cycle begins. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact email is current.
10. Delivery Acknowledgment
Each completed deliverable is sent to you via your project channel or email with a preview link. Deliverables are considered accepted under the following conditions:
- You explicitly approve the deliverable (via message, email, or project board).
- 48 hourspass after delivery without a revision request or objection ("auto-approval").
- You use the deliverable in production (publishing, going live, or sharing with end users).
Accepted deliverables are documented in your project history as proof of delivery. Accepted work is non-refundable, though revisions remain unlimited for the duration of your subscription. All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday). Weekend deliveries may occur but are not guaranteed.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you've been charged in error, or if you have a concern about the quality of work delivered, contact us at hello@buildwithvibe.co. We will review your case within 2 business daysand work with you to find a fair resolution. Between our 7-day guarantee, pause feature, and easy cancellation, we're confident we can resolve any concern directly.
12. Authorization & Consent
By subscribing to Vibe Studio Unlimited, you expressly authorize:
- Recurring charges to your payment method on file at the rate corresponding to your selected plan, billed every 31 days.
- Continued billing until you explicitly pause or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us in writing.
- That you have read and agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy at the time of subscription.
13. How to Cancel
We make cancellation straightforward — no phone calls, no retention funnels, no delays:
- Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@buildwithvibe.co from the email address associated with your account.
- Slack: Message us in your dedicated project channel.
- WhatsApp: Send a message to your assigned contact.
You will receive a written confirmation of your cancellation within 1 business day, including your final billing date and a summary of any in-progress work to be delivered.
14. Agency Plan
Agency plan subscribers operate under a custom agreement. Refund and cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. If no custom terms exist, the standard policies above apply.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. Changes do not apply retroactively to existing refund claims.
